You will be only 600 mtrs from Horseshoe Bay, where you can enjoy water sports such as kayaking, tube rides, catamarans, paddle boats and jet ski rides. National Parks Walks, are only a short distance away. It is a pleasant, private holiday home with all the comforts. With timber floors throughout, and a lounge/ kitchen area which opens out onto the huge timber deck. It comes complete with a four burner BBQ and Timber Outdoor Setting, around the pool area and a sun shade over the pool. This is what tropical living is all about. It comprises, a main bedroom / ensuite, with queen bed. A second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with two double bunks. These two bedrooms both open into a shared bathroom. All rooms open out onto timber deck and pool. No smoking allowed inside house or on decking.
