The three bedrom residence is situated in Horseshoe Bay which is the largest bay on the island, ideal for water sports, horse riding, sailing and features the Koala Oasis, Horseshoe Bay Lagoon Environmental Park and has a safe swimming enclosure during the summer. Only 10-minute walk from the beach, the unit is 100 sq meters, plus it features a large veranda, two queen size beds and two single can accomodate 6 people plus additional bed for extra person and baby cot. Outside barbeque area with tennis table and under cover car park, the house is surrounded by garden with a beautiful, newly completed swimming pool. Fully air-conditioned, self-contained with large kitchen, ceramic cook top, dish washer, large fridge, conventional and microwave oven, washing machine, the apartments are almost new. All linen and towels provided. Sailing dinghy and push bikes are available for small maintenance fee. Also complimentary pick up from the ferry terminal can be arranged. CD, Video, DVD player and digital TV coverage.
